Hi guys,

I've had the Arlo Pro system with 3 cameras for almost 2 years. About 3 weeks ago one camera went offline and I just can't get it to work.
Here is what I tried.
- charge the battery. The battery seemed to have charged but the camera didn't start. Now camera flashes amber twice every so often.
- I removed the battery and tried just the USB cable, the blue light turned on for 1 second then nothing.
- I swapped the battery with another camera and the other camera worked so it doesn't seem to be a battery issue.

Has anyone had this issue before or can suggest anything to try?

Thanks in advance

Did you try removing the camera from the account, and then try to add it back?

Thanks Stephen,

Ya I've tried that and most combinations of interchanging batteries with other working cameras. Seems like it's the actual camera unit. I guess I'll try removing the base station and all camera and set everything up from scratch which I'm not really keen on doing. Do you know if Arlo support would cover units that have died?

Only within warranty. Since they're approaching 2 year old, I'd use the Contact Support link at the bottom here to see if they have suggestions. Otherwise, it's a new camera...
