Arlo Pro delete videos

Why can't I delete videos on shared devices like I could before?  I monitor my father's home for him, and I used to be able to delete saved videos from the Library.  Now the Delete option is gone, and a Donate option appears.  How can I get back the Delete option for all the devices I monitor?

 

Why the change?

Are you using a guest account for that system? Maybe the extra privileges were turned off in the master account under Grant Access.

I set the system up for my father who is 84 years old.  He wouldn't know how to make a change that prevented me from deleting, and I didn't do it.  I think it was the same software update that added the Donate button.

If you know the master account credentials, log in and set it yourself.
