I have a customer who has arlo pro installed, their email was hacked and they have been locked out of their email as well as their arlo account.
They have a new account email and would like to get this moved over so they can access their system again, please help!

Do a factory reset of the base and set up as new.

Be sure to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices as part of the reset.
