Does anyone know why I can not hear someone talking to me. I can hear what is going on in the room, but cannot reply. Whats up?

Assuming you mean that you can't use the app to talk, make sure app permissions are accepted in the phone settings for the app. Also, make sure the speaker is enabled in the camera settings. Further, try a computer browser to test.
