I cant play or delete videos on the laptop (tried Edge, Mizilla, Explorere, Google...) nothing works...
I've 5 camera's and I only can view them with the smartphone.

What cameras?  (I'm wondering if these are Pro 3, Pro 4, or Ultra, and not the original Pro).

What errors are you getting?

Is this a new problem, or has it never worked for you?
