Hello,

I'm at a loss on why you guys sell spare batteries, but the only way to charge them is in the camera?  Mine are mounted on the second story of my house and it would be a lot more convenient to have spare batteries already charged.  I see there is an external charger on your site, but no one has it for sale??  It what would be great, if your are selling spare batteries, you would also have an alternative way to charge.  Any suggestions??

They've said it that charger should be released in March.

Just figured I'd provide a quick review.  I was able to locate one of these chargers and I must say, so far I'm impressed.  In the past, when I charged my battery to full, within hours it would already be showing 99%, 98%, etc after a few events.  I had heard that the camera itself has software to prevent the battery from actually reaching a true 100%, to protect the battery.  The software in the camera is designed to report 100% if the battery has a certain charge level.  I took a battery that I had charged in my camera to "100%" and put it in the external charger.  It charged for almost 2 more hours and then the LED on the charger went green.  I put that battery in my busiest camera, 1 week later, it's still showing 100%.  I've had at least 10-15 recordings per day from this camera, I'm also using the new video record duration "record until motion stops" as well.  That may also be contributing because it's no longer recording the full 30 seconds I had set as default each time.  Either way, I recommend using this to charge your batteries when you can get one. I also picked up a spare battery so I have one available to hotswap, much easier to climb the ladder once, swap the battery and be done then to have to climb up, get camera, climb down, plug camera in, put camera back etc.  Just my two cents, your results may vary.
