Arlo Pro battery charge level stalled at 88%

I'm charging an Arlo Pro battery in-camera, using the supplied charger/adapter. Charging process has stalled at 88%, yet the blue LED is lit to indicate charging is complete.

 

Shouldn't I expect the charging level to reach 100%

If you have a voltmeter, I say check the voltage on the pack... 8.4 v is a full charge.

 

Baring that, open the battery door, pull anb then replace battery... Let cam resync first.....then Power reboot the base and see if the % of charge is different.

 

If still NG , contact Netgear Support

Removing/replacing the battery did the trick. Thanks!
