Base station model number is VMB 4000... could not enter above

 

My issue is I cannot get my app to recognize and sync with the base station after I deleted the device from the app.  The Arlo worked great for three weeks then my internet connection failed. So I tried the following steps to resolve...

I had internet connection issues I couldn't resolve (only related to Arlo) so I was going to try setting up the entire system again.  After I deleted the base station and all cameras I now cannot get the base to re-sync. 

I then tried to factory reset the base but still no luck with re-sync. 

Does anyone have a solution on how to resync a base station after removing it from the app.

Assuming that all devices have been removed from Settings, My Devices, use the Add Device button in the Devices tab.  Don't try using the New System Setup.  Is that what you were doing?  Make sure both the power and Internet LEDs on the base are green since nothing will work if those aren't proper.
