Recently, something changed, so that I have been unable to LIVE View our cameras(Arlo Pro) via WIN 10.  I can view LIVE VIEW on our Android & Apple devices.  Motion and audio detection and recording  still works fine.

I have ensured Flash Player is update. I mostly use FireFox, however, I tired without success using Chrome, too.

I disabled the Virus Protection just to rule that out...still no LiveView.

I have reset the Base Station.  I have reset the router and checked the connections.

No new applications have been installed before/after this disabled function of Live View.

Arlo Tech support unable to solve.  Put the "onus" on my computer.

Any other ideas or fixes?

After my discussion with tech support and all the information marinated, in my mind :), I UNinstalled Mozilla FireFox and rebooted my computer.

Then, downloaded FireFox and REinstalled.

LIVE VIEW worked great after performing these steps.  🙂

I am going to say it still is prob FLASH...

the system is obv working on the other platforms and LIVE view recently has been an issue with Flash and Chrome ( since the newest update )

In the new Chrome, the flash must be allowed to fuction as default is off.  read ;

In FF, I would install a new version and recheck Flash.

BTW, running Win10/FF or Chrome and no issues
