I have 4 Alro Pro cameras and once they are low on battery i typically take them down and plug them into the wall until they are charged up.

One of my cameras stays at 0% no matter how long I charge the battery - I've only had these long enough for a handful of charges... is this battery toast?  Am i doing something wrong?  I'm using the cable/charger that came with the set.

Thanks

Thanks -

I've already tried most of this, the arlo app shows the charging icon but it stays at 0%.  I'll move step 7 and I'll take down another camera and swap batteries to try and narrow down the problem further.

To preven future issues, charge the battery when you get the low battery warning (15%) email instead of depleting further.
