Arlo Pro Video Has No Sound

Hi all mine is arlobpro camera I get videos but no sound it’s been 4 months n these arlo pro guys have still not fixed the issue... seriously worst ... I call them they keep telling eveytime they r working on it ... it’s usless with no sound .... has any one have same issues

This is the Q section, not Pro. In any case, my Pros have audio with the video. Post in the Pro section and we'll see what can be done.
