I have bought and added a additional Alro Pro camera to our Alro pro system. I had no problem syncing the camera to the base station but I'm not able to add the camera in the Arlo App. I go to add a camera and when I try to go the Alro Wire-free nothing happens. When I try to fo to Getting Started nothing happens either. I have tried rebooting the phone and unistalling and re-installing the app. Still no luck. This is in the Android app.

Try via the web browser. But you shouldn't need to add the camera via the app or web browser. When you sync an Arlo Pro to the base station, it should automatically appear in your devices list. Try power cycling your base station and then sync'ing again
