Arlo pro stopped working with alexa show

My Arlo pro cameras although they are enabled and synced with my alexa show, will not work I uninstalled and started over still will not work. They use to work. My son having same problem. When i review problem it says its solved but its not arlo, you need to fix this problem not give us run around.

What firmware version is your/son base station & camera running? Did the Alexa Device receive a new update that you know of?

Not sure about updates but his and mine nither one will work with alexa. It says device or group camera 1 2 3 4 not responding. Like i said tried to reinstall with no success. Where do i get update?
