Arlo Pro Smart Plan In Russia?

good day. I have 8 chambers. I am in Russia. Can anyone connect a smart plan for 10 cameras to me? n my account

I don't believe so. There's an FAQ here that details what countries can get the enhanced subscriptions.

You can set up multiple systems using multiple accounts, each account with up to 5 cameras and using a separate email address, to allow you to use all cameras. Each system uses its own base and cameras. You can then use Settings, Grant Access from the new account(s) to the original so that all cameras show in one login. Be sure to follow the emailed directions carefully.
