Arlo Pro Should motion or audio alerts go to all devices

I have four devices I’m using the Arlo app on.  Two phones and two tablets.  

 

Should motion or audio alerts go to all devices, or are alerts restricted to just one device?   I seem to get alerts.  My wife doesn’t.

Does your wife have an android phone and hardly ever opens the Arlo app? If so, the phone is putting the app to sleep. If she goes into the apps settings and turns off app optimisation, this should allow the notifications to continue to be received even if she doesn't open the app regularly.

Also, check the phone settings to ensure the app has the rights to give notifications

No it’s an iPhone, but same idea I guess.  She says her settings are right but I guess I’ll check anyhow.

I think it's called Background Refresh for iPhone
