Aro Pro system with three cameras, one of them is offline

I have an Aro Pro system with three cameras, one of them is offline. I have tried to get help without success.

Is the battery depleted in the third camera? What is the LED behavior on that camera? How far away from the base station is the camera?

Not to hijack this thread .. but .. I encountered exact problem today .. 3 cameras .. one is offline .. will not synch up .. synching being done 1-3 feet from base unit .. battery was (is) not depleted .. problem occurred after recharging battery .. other 2 cameras working fine .. Thanks !

Update from previous entry ...    Seems as though I have a battery issue .. replaced battery in camera that was not synching .. problem resolved .. lucky that I had 'spare' battery' or I could not make the swap .. battery was purchased in April 2017 .. any chance it could still be under warranty ??

As stated in the info that came with the system, warranty is for one year. Open a case with support here.
