Have 4 Arlo Pro cameras for about 4 months now. All in same location. Never been moved, always worked great until last night (3/23). Was there a firmware update?
Just now experiencing that once motion is detected, the motion light stays on constantly and nothing records. Live view works fine, but thats about it. Anybody experience this just now. All cameras started doing this as of last night as based on last recorded video.

No firmware update here. What "motion light" are you referring to - the running man turning amber? Are you using the app or a browser? Have you tried the other? I've had to clear the cache to resolve this issue which should work for both the app and browser.

Yes, the running man turning amber. I am using the iOS app and have also used the web browser, both show same results. I have turned off the camera using the app, and the running man is still amber...

The next step is to reset the camera by pulling the battery. You may need to remove it from Settings, My Devices and resync it.
