Hi all,
I have had my 4 x Arlo Pro cameras for at least 3 months and for the most part they work fine, but 1 of the 3 cameras recently stopped recording motion. This is my backyard camera and wasn't recording people walking right in front of it. However, I am able to live view through it fine. I have removed the battery, deleted the device from the app, resynced etc with no luck. I have it armed and motion sensitivity set to 100%. However, when I do the motion detection test, it doesn't pick up anything and I don't get the orange light on the camera flashing. Any ideas?

Check the sense settings to confirm they are set properly in the MODE and not the test settings...
Only other thing is to maybe swap the camera with another to confirm the issue follows the camera.
Then if so, contact Arlo support for possible warranty.
