The Pro speakers are very low when using the app. Verify by using the app and a browser. Also, check your settings to ensure the speaker isn't turned down.

Speaker works fine for two of my cameras in app and browser. All cameras have the updated firmware. All have the volume turned up to maximum volume. The other three cameras do not work to capture sounds through the speaker and the mike does not work.

If 2 of 5 cameras are working, this could indicate an issue with the cameras. Please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
