Installed my cameras yesterday but there seems to be a minimum of 2 minute delay while watching live stream. Is this common ?

i have full WiFi signal on all cameras, it doesn’t make any sense !

can anyone advise me on how to correct this issue ?

There is always going to be some delay but it should not be as much as 2 minutes.

What is your internet up/down speed?

My down load speed is 5.23 and upload speed is 0.59

there is a minimum requirement of 1 Mbps upstream. That could be your issue.
