No , there are no other settings usu needed once it it set up....
Check remotely on you phone, but turn off the wifi and use cellular data only ...see if it works that way...
Some wifi systems block certain traffic at their router

I am at a remote location and my computer and smartphone are active here on a WiFI network. I am assuming that my remote Arlo system is on-line. The only thing I can think of is that for some reason the router my Arlo system is connected to is offline for some reason. I was wondering if there was some additional configuration I had to do to remote monitor.

I disabled the WiFi on my phone and it worked. Thank you for your help.
