Microphone won't work

When I'm using the Arlo app, I have no option to use my microphone. I have turned this feature on for every camera. My husband can get it to work on his phone and he has an older version of the app than me. We are both iOS users.

Un-install and re-install the app ...there was a version a short time ago that hade mic issues, ( app version was pulled ) re-install puts the corrected version on
