Hello All, a plea for help please. I have run the Arlo Pro system at our home for 5 years, and a relatively issue free half decade it has been, until now. I simply cannot keep the cameras connected. I have reset the camera, brought them all to the base station, got them connected, but taking them back to their location - which hasn’t changed for the years I have used them - I connect via the app to the cameras, it doesn’t and then exiting and re-entering the app shows them to be offline. I have racked my brains to work out what has changed and I find nothing. Our internet is unusual having recently moved to STARLINK, but I run a DECO mesh system off it and it runs fine. We cut the power a few days ago to carry out some DIY electrical work and I have not been able to get the Arlos back up again. I am pretty lost in regard to what to do next and any constructive advice would be hugely appreciated.

It kinda sounds like an interference issue, probably near the base. Since you've changed things recently, some troubleshooting may be in order. Try moving the base away from the router. You can also try connecting the base to a satellite if the signal to all cameras would still be ok.

Really appreciate your quick response. Have moved it to connect to the main Deco M5 hub, which is connected directly to the STARLINK router, I know, that doesn’t change much. No joy connecting the first Pro Cam. Have now carried out a factory reset on the hub and extended the hub’s cables to move it away from the Deco and the router. Two greens and an orange light at the moment.

So a factory reset and reconnect seems to have resolved this, however, I wish I had done this whilst the base station was in its original position to isolate the fault more precisely. I could move it back but I am going to live with it in the new position for a bit. Not sure my good lady will approve with another hub in the courtyard windowsill but the coverage seems to be stronger and it is working. Thanks again for responding.
