Arlo Pro Charging Station - first battery and charging is failing

Just received an Arlo Pro Charging Station and an extra battery. Put the extra battery into the charger and it glowed solid orange...all night long, until this morning, when it showed blinking orange. 

Is the problem the battery? Or the station? Should I return both? 

Anyway, not off to a good start.

I'd try swapping batteries with one from a camera.  You could also try charging the new battery in the camera.
