I am changing my internet provider and my email address. Do I have to re-register account, if so how?

It might be a good idea to set up an email address not linked to an ISP to prevent issues like this.  Use Gmail, Yahoo, etc. and link your account with that instead.

However, your question as to how to change the account email address is likely going to require that you contact support to do so. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.  The chat or phone contacts may be the fastest way to get answers and a resolution.
