Hello, I am trying to charge my Arlo Pro cameras for the first time. I used the cord and adapter that came in box. The camera blinks orange a couple times and won't charge. The app states I am using the wrong adapter. I am using the one that came in the box. What can I do to charge the batteries? I have also disarmed the system and turned the batteries off.

I emailed support & they told me to use a diff micro USB cord. I tried that and it worked! They are going to send me a replacement cord.

It sounds like a hardware problem. Swap the system at the store or open a case using the Contact Support link at the bottom of the desktop version of theses pages.

I am having the exact same problem as the item I responded to. New Arlo Pro, both will not charge using the cord and charger that came with the cameras. I used the link as povided, https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx, and it does not work. Says error and sends me somewhere else. Haaving trouble connecting my Arlo Q s well. It worked first time, but upgraded my server and now I cannot reconnect. Tried several times.

I was having the same problem and switched out the cord and it now appears to be charging.

@kilmo, I just tried the link and it worked fine. Maybe the Russians or NSA were checking one you... 🙂
