No Audio in recordings or live from Arlo Pro camera

no sound. tried reseting and repairing cameras and base unit. also not audio option in app pr on-line? any ideas?

Have you gone into the camera audio settings to make sure that the microphone slider is set to on?

my app has no slider under audio / video setting

settings then choose your camera then audio settings. There you will find microphone and speaker volume.
