Now that the forced trail has ended, I cannot access my feed/library to view videos - at least I can't figure out how to. I just want to stay with the free plan (3 Arlo Pro cameras and a VMB4000r3 base station). When I go to feed (no more library) on my phone, I can't get past Arlo's Explore Plans pop up. No way to X out of it. I'd just like to have the old view back or at least know how to access the videos/critters our cameras picked up last night. Help appreciated!!

Are you sure you're using the proper login credentials? If you look in Devices, what do you see for the various devices?

Yes, correct log in. When I click on the Arlo app on my phone (android), it still comes up to the new dashboard layout. If I click from there onto 'Feed' at the bottom, I get the Explore Plans pop up with no way to get out of it. If I click on 'Devices', I can see my three cameras and my base station. Base station is set to record locally now since we lost the cloud option with the new rollout and me staying on the free plan. Since 'Feed' is now just that pop up, how do I access those locally stored videos? I can't see anywhere or any way to get to the ones that were recorded last night that I got a notification for. Hope that all makes sense.

The VMB4000 has the ability to record videos locally but can't be used to view them in the app. You must Eject the drive for viewing on a computer. Only the VMB4540 and 5000 hubs can be used with the app. You could upgrade your hub to one of those and connect the cameras to it to get this capability.
@JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN any thoughts as to why he can't use Feed to view cloud recordings?

@KAL76 can you try uninstalling one of the Pro cameras and reinstalling it onto the app?

I can, but what might that accomplish? What would I look for that would be different after doing that, I guess is what I'm asking.

It has resolved this behavior that other people have seen as well. If at all possible I would like to try this step before escalating the behavior you are seeing.
