New Internet provider

Recently changed Internet provider to fiberoptic 5g. Will my vmb 4000 base station and cameras work? Have tried factory reset etc. Arlo app can't discover the base.  Is there a procedure to follow. Thanks

All you needed to do was connect the base to the new router's ethernet.

  1. Are you using the same Arlo Account?
  2. Have you tried using a PC (my.arlo.com)?
