Hi, I can not get my cameras to sync ... I’ve tried so many times and nothing? Why would this be an issue?

WHat have you tried? WHat do you see? WHat is your process? Did you claim the base before trying to sync? WHat are the LEDs on the base showing?

PS... most common mistake is holding down the sync button on base...

quick press on base sync, then same on cameras.... quick blue flash means it worked.
