I searched the community and found the topic, shows it's solved. Not True, I tried everything on there and both of my cameras will not charge at all. I've only had the cameras about 5 months and it's very frustrating. These are very expensive and I can't believe these things aren't working. This is a product design flaw and Netgear should be either fixing them or refunding the $. Can someone please tell me what I can do to charge these cameras!

Sometimes when a li-ion get to low, it won't charge as normal... it must be pushed a bit by mutli attemps
PS.. the original adapter and cable MUST be used, a normal usb adapter will run but not charge the Arlos
