Any ideas as to why a Arlo Pro battery won't charge?  It was at 20% before the charge.  I removed the battery from the camera, re-inserted, started the charge, at that point when I attached the charger the battery ready 0%.  After 3 hours on charge it still ready 0%.

Any ideas why this battery is being stupid?

Thank you.

Sometimes when a li-ion get to low, it won't charge as normal... it must be pushed a bit by mutli attemps

PS.. the original adapter and cable MUST be used, a normal usb adapter will run but not charge the Arlos

Thanks TomMac for the speedy reply, I had a spare battery so I got that one in it, working fine.  I was using the OEM charger and cable, who knows why it was still reading 0% after 3 hours on charge.   I'm thinking of buying one of the Arlo charging hubs, do you have an experience with those?  Do they charge both batts simultaneously, or one at a time?  Thanks.

Yes, I have a charge tube... you can insert 2 battery packs at the same time. tho I believe it will only charge one and then switch auto to the other.

Good thing about the charge tube is that you get a 100% charge on the packs,  when the battery is in the camera it will really charge only to 80% ( to protect the pack if left in long term )(( tho the cell will read 100% charge )).

You get an extra 20% usage life on the battery packs from the tube

Excellent!

I'm on my way to Best Buy, they're on sale for $53.99.

Cheers!
