I have been able to sync my two Arlo Pro cameras and even test them out however after a while the Base station loses connection to the cameras.

 

The live feed on my app will get stuck on "Connecting..." for both cameras. Also on the web app online here, it gets stuck on "Please wait" and then throws an error that it failed to connect.

 

I am able to pull the Details and Status from ther camera settings, as well as the Base Station, but Motion detection and connecting to Live feed suddenly fail after a few minutes. If I manually turn off my base and back on to restart it, it will work again however I am not able to restart the base via the app when this happens (restart turns grey).

 

Anyone else experience this?

Also it is not a distance thing as I am standing next to the base with the camera when this happens.

Hi @ShaunRyan,

 

What does your LED lights show on your Base Station when you're experiencing these issues? If rebooting the Base Station doesn't help, try using a different Ethernet cable or plug into a different router port to see if you can get a stable connection from your Base Station and see if the issue resolves from there.
