In March last year, I purchased an Arlo Pro system (base + 2 Pro cameras).  One is for the front door and run exclusively by battery.  The 2nd is above the driveway and is constantly on the charger power.  It recently stopped working.  I replaced the battery, cable and charger base and it still does not work.  I tested the battery (after charging), cable and base on my other camera and it works.  


If I put on the charger and close the compartment with battery, I get an initial blue light and nothing else.  I have reset the base (turn power off and on) and waited for an hour and it never synced.  I then reset the base and tried re-syncing the base and camera and it will not connect.  

 

Any help or ideas?

Sounds like it's dead, Jim. Hopefully, your purchase is within the 1 year warranty. Immediately open a case with support here using the Contact Support link at the bottom here and then again on the new page.
