All 5 of my Arlo Pro cameras are AC powered. I get this annoying error from a camera that battery level is low and to charge the battery. In the past I have had same error. I had to reach up high via a ladder, pull off the camera, reinsert the battery and then re-install.
Isn't there a solution to this to remotely fix the error?

What App are you using when you get the error, mobile or web portal? Do both methods give the same error?
If cameras are externally powered with AC are they using separate arlo charger adapters or just a single charger unit?
If you’re able to remove the external power to the cameras for 10mins or so and then reapply will the cameras report correctly?

The error shows up on my iphone app as well as on the web portal. I disconnected power for more than 10 mins. No luck. I use separate charger adapter for each camera

Sounds like a firmware update issue as we had one sent out yesterday.
As a work around, remove the batteries from the cameras and just rely on the external power If it’s easy to remove AC power this could act as the power reset for the cameras going forward.
