Arlo Pro Camera Not Charging

my Arlo Pro camera quit charging. The battery indicator does not show the arrow.  I bought a new battery but it will not charge (in the camera) either. If fact I get a notice saying the charger is not compatible with my camera. But it is a Arlo Pro battery. Then I bought a power adapter and plugged it into the camera without a battery ( which I’m supposed to be able to do) and the camera says it’s off line. 

Is the camera bad?

Sounds like it. Open a case with supoort here for a possible RMA.
