The camera does not recognize a fully charged battery. I can even use it to recharge a battery which will then work perfectly in a different camera. I have four cameras and five batteries. Three cameras and all five batteries work perfectly. I have tried resetting the base station; it made no difference. What now?

What is the battery reading ? Are you only charging it in the cam or do you also have a charge tube ?
Even with the bad read, does the camera last as long as the others?
May end up being a bad camera and if less than a year, warranty issue, contact Support

The battery reads 0%. Batteries that read 100% when placed in another camera read 0% in this one.
No, it doesn’t work because it insists that its battery is dead and needs charging.

Thanks in advance for your help.

knattinger, Fco_o,
Are you having the exact same symptoms as the OP? What trouble shooting steps have you performed so far?
