My arlo pro camera has always been working and plugged in with battery. Last week I unplugged it and ran it on battery. The battery ran flat and switched off. I tried to charge it by plugging it back in and it won’t work anymore. It won’t charge the battery either. The base station can’t find it even when I plugged it in or used another battery. I did the following:
1. Deleted the camera from my account and tried to resync.
2. Held the sync button on the camera but no blue light comes on. The amber light comes on when I hold the sync button. It blinks once, 1 second later blinks twice.
3. Tried to take the battery out and plug it in, no blue sync light, just nothing.
4. Put the fully charged battery back in the same amber light comes on.
Please help.
