Is the Arlo Pro outdoor power adapter plug weatherproof?

I have the VMA4900 outdoor power adapter for Arlo Pro. Is the plug weatherproof? I live in an area that gets weather below 0°f and most summer days it's rainy. I think I may return the outdoor power adapter, since I will need to get on a ladder to either recharge the batteries, or plug in the power adapter. Oh well.

The outdoor power supply has a seal that, when properly and fully installed, is weatherproof.

All outdoor electrical devices need a waterproof socket of some sort.

My outdoor adapter sits in one of those.

You can put an extension block inside it to power several devices.
