Hi, this is my first post, I have been using Arlo for just a few days and have encountered weird behavor, I emeiled support but was wondering if other people had the same issue.
I have three cameras installed and working. I had this setup for a few days now, I am having a problem with one camera. It suddenly showed empty battery (red empty battery icon) on the app. So I went over, removed it, fully charged it for a while, and then reinstalled. I assumed maybe the bettery came not charged from the factory. After that everything looked good, battery showed as full on the app.
A few hours later though, I opened the app and the camera was offline... I ran the app a few minutes later and now, the camera was back online but it showed the battery as completly empty (red empty battery icon). This was after a few hours of no motion events and just one live streaming for a few seconds to check that the camera was working after the reinstall. This gets more weird however, 30 minutes later I ran the app again out of curiosity, now the batter is fully charged, icon fully charged battery.
How can the battery go from fully charged, to camera offline, to empty battery to fully charged battery, with no events, me doing nothing and all over the course of a few hours? The two other cameras seem to work fine so far, steady but this makes me feel maybe the Arlo is not a good system for remote locations monitoring?

About an hour later, now when I run the app, this camera says "Getting Status" few seconds after it looks like everything is ok, all icon lit up (battery, wireless signal etc) and the "Live" button is overlayed on the last snapshot. However, trying to get a live feed result in an error "The camera failed to connect".

Cam2017,
Another way to further isolate the issue would be to swap locations with a camera that is behaving normally to see if the issue follows the location or the camera. Please let us know the results.
