I purchased the Arlo Pro 4 camera system. I was able to sync 2 of the cameras. The other 2 will not sync. I charged the rechargeable batteries overnight' thinking that maybe it was low on power. I tried syncing them again, but i was never able to get the blue LED blinking light on the camera. The manual says that this means that if there is no light; which there is none; that the camera is either powered off or already in sync. I logged on to my Arlo account and it only shows the 2 cameras that were already synched. I tried adding a device using the instructions from online but still no luck. What else can I do? HELP!

Take the troubled cameras and pull the batteries... then one at a time attempt to sync it ( quick push on base sync button, not hold ) using ONLY the power cable and adapter... this will eliminate the possible battery issue
If you find it is the battery causing issues, you can contact Netgear

It looks like it is the batteries for both cameras. I just purchased this yesterday, how should I contact Netgear to get replacement batteries? What is the process for getting replacement batteries? Should I take it back to Best Buy?

If you just purchased it, I would think it easier to return to Bestbuy... Netgear would assist you but you'd have to wait for the transport time of the packs ( and possible shipping costs )
