Arlo Pro Cam No LEDs

Just got the system and set up base with no issues.  Installed battery and tried to sync.  No LED lights.  Dead battery maybe?  Plugged in charger ... waiting.  Should there be some charging indication.

Tried second camera, same issue.

The cameras will give a brief blue led flash as the charger is plugged in.

This led will turn solid blue after charging is complete which should be in about 2 hours depending on how flat the battery is.

Having said this, it would be most unusual to have two flat batteries as they come charged from the factory.

Confirm that the power and internet leds on the base are both green.

Then on the same network as the base, use the app or go to https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login and follow instructions to set up a new system.

As a PS... you can run the camera WITHOUT the battery using just the cable / adapter... eliminate the battery possible issue

Try to sync it plugged in
