Firmware:  1.092.0.3_12290

HW Version:  H8

Last night I had some suspicious activity; when I checked the camera, it was too dark and blurry to make it out.  This camera has been working fine until now.

It is my main camera used for the front of my house which encounters the most activity.

I checked the battery today and took the camera down to charge.  When I hung it back up, I noticed a sound like something is loose inside the camera and free floating inside...

The daytime and motion detection seem to be ok but I am worried that the loose piece inside the camera is the reason for the night vision blurry and too dark issue.

I have not dropped or mishandled the camera and really not sure why or how the piece is loose..?

I can't post a screen shot; it sounds like a loose piece of something INSIDE the camera...I am not opening up the camera if it is broken.  I also notice the motion detection is very slow!!  By the time the motion occurred, the camera missed it!!

ArloLover,

Open the battery compartment door and make sure there isn't anything inside the battery compartment that could be causing the sound. Consider relocating the camera to see if you get the same night vision results in a different location.

I moved the camera the next night and seems better. I removed the battery but the free floating sound is still there.
