For the first 6 months my batteries on all four camaras worked fine. After that initial charge they only last 2-3 weeks on a charge! I have called customer service no less than 4 times...they have dragged me along doing the same troubleshooting. What does it take for Arlo to stand up to its products and provide replacement if it is defective, which it clear is? Between taking cameras down, charging and time with customer service I have spend more than 6 hours on this issue of my cameras not holding a charge and still dont have an acceptable response. One battery is being sent to me as replacement...apparently now I will have to call again (each call ends up being at least 45 minutes) to beg for the remaining three replacment batteries. Shameful. Does anyone have the authority to help me with my problem???

quinducati,
Did you notify customer service that all your cameras are behaving the same during the conversation?
