Hi there:

 

I seem to have lost USB cable that connects to Arlo power adapter and the camera. I tried other USB cables but those won't work. Arlo Netgear seems to have custome configuartion for their USB cables. Please advise where can I buy a replacement cable from. I checked Amazon they don;t have it.    Thanks.

No, you have it just a bit wrong....

The cable is a standard USB micro cable...the ac adapter is the special part.

It fits the Qualcomm fast charge configuration which can supply a normal 5v usb or 9v usb to fast charge the battery pack

 

( charger for my S7 phone also works just fine )
