This started happening a few weeks ago, and I just chocked it up to be a fluke. Worked fine for a couple months but now the base station will not stay online. All cords are connected properly and Internet is connected with over 20mbps. Any ideas what I can do?

I would suggest a factory reset of the base station which also means setting up all of your cameras again.

 

Once you reset the base station upgrade it to the most current firmware before reconnecting your cameras.

Just curious what you have the base plugged into?

This problem seems to occur alot for some users, but they rarely state what they are plugged into. I often wonder if old/defective switches or routers or bad cables.

My app reports the unit is offline, but the lights are all green and the recordings are still uploading to the cloud.

Need to check if your problem is with the base or the app. I have reported this and also requested a Local (LAN) app!
