Arlo Pro 7 day cloud recording gone

Hi...I've been using my Arlo Pro cameras with the free 7-day rolling cloud storage for a while (2+ years).  I think I last accessed recordings just over a month ago but when I went to go see recordings yesterday, nothing was there.  It seems that no recordings are getting stored into the cloud even though I thought the legacy models were grandfathered.

 

Did something change where the legacy Arlo's are no longer grandfathered?

mistake on my part...After seeing that manual recordings were not working, I confirmed I had apparently accidently turned off my events that trigger the recordings 🙄

 

Everything is good now.  Thanks for the suggestions on checking manual recordings!

No, but there have been some issues with library storage recently.

 

Have you tried making a manual recording?
