Arlo Pro 2 "getting camera status" and 2 way communications issues

Having issues while away from my home getting camera status and using 2 way communications. Did the firmware update when I installed the system. Current firmware is 2.7.2_255. Is there a fix for this?

Have you tried uninstalling the app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app to see if that helps? Are you having this problem when trying to live view your Arlo Pro 2 camera on the web client from your computer?

Yes that did it. Thanks. Not really impressed with this system. My friend has the Blink system and has more features. Cameras dont have to be plugged in to set or use activity areas. Pretty disappointed so far.
