Arlo Pro 2 Way Audio IOS 10.2/Iphone 6S and 6 not working

I am facing a problem with my Arlo Pro camera. I can hear the sound coming from the camera, but I cannot send audio from my iPhones (6 and 6S) to the Camera.

There are no Mic boton in the app in my iPhone, but if I access the cameras from a Google Chrome browser, for example, then, I can send sound from my computer to the camera.

I saw some posts here with a solution (go to Settings>General>About), but no pop up message came up in my case. I am based in Brazil and I am not sure if the phone carrier company should influence this in my iPhone, seems it is something related with Adobe Flash or something like this.

Un-install and re-install the app.... the mic icon will appear

Try reinstalling the app and make sure you accept all permissions
