Videos are not loading in library and we have a theft situation we need to view those videos

The videos from yesterday (July 12th) are not loading in our library and we need to check on a possible theft in both of our stores.

have you tried another device phone, computer ??

Did you have a speed stick/hard drive in the USB drive port as back up ??
